Welcome to OneAtATime. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the OneAtATime mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service"), operated by OneAtATime ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to use OneAtATime. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and are not prohibited from using the Service under applicable law.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information.

You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Service (photos, text, profile information). By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content solely for the purpose of operating, developing, and improving the Service.
You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this license and that your content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to monitor, review, and remove content that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines. We may also take action against accounts that engage in prohibited conduct, including warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
The Service, including its design, features, code, graphics, logos, and trademarks, is owned by OneAtATime and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those third-party services. Your interactions with third-party services are governed by their respective terms and policies.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
We do not conduct criminal background checks on users and make no representations or warranties regarding the behavior, identity, or compatibility of any user.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OneAtATime and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless OneAtATime and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and we may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Service or by other means. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
